Hospitality Technology Experts (HOTEX) Pc is a privately owned Greece company located in Athens, with our support and installation teams operating from Athens and Greek Islands.

Set up originally to supply for the telephony equipment and voice services market, during more than 5 years of successful trading, Hotex has remained progressive in their investment in new concepts, technolgies and service offerings. Early adoption of internet-based technologies and wireless communications has built a strong and deep technical expertise across the business, helping design, implement and support some premier brands that we are delighted to call our Customers.

Hotel Technology Experts PC, otherwise known as HoTeX, was originally formed to exclusively maintain hotel telephony equipment and mechanism. Drawing upon the extensive industry experience of the directors, HoTeX has embraced the advancement of internet technologies including HSIA and VoIP. We are proud that many of our current client relationships have spanned for more than 20 years, undoubtedly testament to them understanding our professional expertise, and our desire to continually exceed their expectations.

HoTeX is a recognized Unify hospitality with a unique capability of supporting a vast range of demands and in particular to the hotel industry, all functions which relate to the Front Desk Duty Manager to the Group IT Director.
